Answers to your common questions

• When will my deposit be collected?

  Security deposits are collected at the time the lease agreement is completed and signed.

• When is rent due?

  Rent is due on the 1st of each month, considered based on your lease agreement. A 3-Day Notice will be sent by the 5th via Certified mail and regular mail. Calls will be placed to determine status of payment. Documents will be sent to the Attorney for eviction filing no later than the 20th.

• How Can I pay Rent?

  Please read your lease to determine the acceptable methods of paying rent. If your lease requires electronic payment, please use the Tenant Portal to pay rent. If you need help with your tenant portal, please email stephaniec@eldams.com.

  If your lease allows you to pay via check, cashier’s check, or money order, please make sure that payment is delivered to our office address within the time period allowed in your lease. Our office mailing address is P.O. Box 742646 Houston, TX 77274-2646

• How do I submit a repair or maintenance request?

  Residents can fill out the Maintenance Request Form on the Website with as much detail as possible. The better you describe your problem(s), the better we will be able to fix it. We will respond to all non-emergencies during Normal Business hours.
